+/( This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.55 dated 28.6.2022 under Sections 363, 365, 366, 368, 376-D and 506 IPC registered at Police Station Sadar, Pathankot.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Prem Nath, submits that investigation of the case is complete and final report under Section 173 (2) Cr.P.C. has already been presented in the Court. There is no medical evidence on record, nor the complainant has supported the prosecution version in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. The petitioner's custody is not required as of now. In view thereof, there is no ground to entertain the petition. Disposed of.
