Through this civil writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of Constitution of India, prayer has been made for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, quashing impugned order dated 15.10.2019 (Annexure P-4), being wrong, illegal and against instructions dated 05.09.2002 and 04.02.2020 (Annexures P-8 and P-10, respectively). Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that purpose of instant writ petition would be achieved, if, respondent No. 1-Principal Secretary, Department of School Education, Punjab, is directed to decide representation dated 30.10.2019, 18.02.2020 and 18.05.2020 (Annexure P-9, 9-A and 9-B, respectively), moved by the petitioner.
