**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 223 dated 5.8.2014 under Sections 498-A/323/406/506/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Urban Estate, Rohtak.
Notice of motion was issued and interim protection was granted.
Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from H.C. Om Dutt, submits that since during pendency of the present petition, report under Section 173 (2) Cr.P.C. has been presented before the learned court of competent jurisdiction and the petitioners have been released on regular bail by the learned trial court, present petition would not survive any further and may be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
