**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 124 dated 21.5.2016 registered at Police Station Farrukh Nagar, District Gurgaon under Sections 323, 342, 366-A, 506, 34 IPC and Section 8 of POCSO Act. Petitioner is in custody since 31.5.2016. Charge has been framed. Case is fixed for prosecution evidence in November 2016. The FIR was lodged after two days. There is no name in the statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. In the FIR the allegations were that the petitioner was driving the vehicle. A certificate has been placed during the course of proceedings wherein the date of birth of the prosecutrix is written as 16.7.1997 and the petitioner alleges that the prosecutrix was major.
