(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 77 dated 29.06.2016 under Sections 306/34 IPC, registered at P.S Khamanon, District Fatehgarh Sahib. Learned State counsel on instructions from the Investigating Officer submits that the petitioner joined the investigation on 07.09.2016 and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 01.09.2016 passed by this Court is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh bail bonds after presentation of the challan.
