SUVIR SEHGAL, J. (Oral) The Court has been convened through video conferencing due to Covid-19 pandemic.

This is the second petition for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.114 dated 09.04.2020 registered under Sections 22-B/29 (added later on) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Sections 188, 307 and 427 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Mullana, District Ambala. The first petition (CRM-M-37692 of 2020) was withdrawn on 25.11.2020.

Having argued for sometime and realizing that the Court is not inclined to agree with his submissions, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
