Present petition has been filed for quashing of the FIR No.62 dated 08.05.2017, under Sections 447, 511 of IPC and Sections 149, 188 of IPC added later on, registered at Police Station Phool, District Bathinda. 2.

On the very outset, counsel for the petitioners submits that the impugned FIR has already been quashed by this Court, vide order dated 11.12.2025 passed in CRM-M-63954-2025. In this regard, he produces the photocopy of the said order, which is ordered to be taken on record. 3.

Therefore, counsel for the petitioners submits that since the FIR has already been quashed on the basis of compromise effected between the parties, present petition can be disposed of, as the same having been rendered infructuous.
