Main case The instant Criminal Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioners under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of directions to official respondent Nos.1 to 3 to provide adequate protection to their life and liberty at the hands of respondent Nos.4 to 8. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that let this petition be disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Faridabad to consider and decide the representation dated 05.04.2023 (Annexure P-4) alleged to have been submitted by the petitioner No.1 seeking protection of their life and liberty.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter and in particular the legality of the alleged relationship, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Faridabad to forthwith consider the aforesaid representation dated 05.04.2023 (Annexure PPARVEEN KUMAR 2023.04.12 06:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
