**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of complaint case No. 12-A dated 17.04.2013, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sri Muktsar Sahib.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record certified copy of order dated 08.09.2016 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, Sri Muktsar Sahib to show that the petitioner has appeared before the Court below and submitted his bail bonds, which have been duly accepted on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000 by the petitioner. The photocopy of order dated 08.09.2016 is taken on record as Annexure A-1. Crl. Misc. No. M-30733 of 2016 (O&M) -2case, order dated 01.09.2016 passed by this Court is made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C However, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh bail bonds after presentation of the challan.
