RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Petitioner seeks bail pending trial in FIR No.12 dated 14.1.2015 under Sections 323,379-B,389,452,406,420,465,467,468,471,506,120-B and 482 IPC and Section 66-A of the IT Act, 2009 registered at Police Station Garhshankar, Distt. Hoshiarpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since during the pendency of the present petition, FIR itself has been quashed vide order dated 22.9.2015 passed by this court in CRM No.M-28448 of 2015 (Ravinder Singh Rawat and others VS. State of Punjab and another), instant petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of, as such. Ordered accordingly.
