Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2 have pointed out that vide notification dated 17.02.2026, partial modification has been carried out by the Chandigarh Administration to the Social Welfare Department's notification No.SW-PEN-99/511 dated 18.02.2000 and it has been incorporated that monthly financial assistance of ₹10,000/- would be given to Acid Attack Victims. A copy of the notification has been supplied in Court, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place.
