(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for direction to get conducted the enquiry into complaint dated 06.06.2016 (Annexure P-5) of the petitioner by some independent agency and to take action against officials especially respondent No.3 for tampering with record.

Considering reply dated 16.05.2017 of the State that petitioner has concealed the factum of correction of revenue record by respondent No.3 and that petitioner is habitual of presenting applications time and again and further that application of the petitioner was decided vide order dated 20.05.2014 (Annexure-B) by respondent No.2 by passing a speaking order and the same was communicated to the petitioner, instant petition being meritless is dismissed.
