Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 to protect their life and liberty from the hands of respondents No. 4 and 5 .

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that marriage of the petitioners was solemnized on 1.9.2015. Certificate (Annexure P-3) in this regard has been issued by Prachin Shri Pashupati Nath Shiv Mandir, Mansa Devi Complex, Panchkula. Photographs of marriage ceremony are annexed as Annexure P-4. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that the petitioners have moved a representation (Annexure P-5) to Superintendent of Police, Fatehabad-respondent No.2 but no action has been taken so far.
