This petition has been filed under Section 12 read with Section 10 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971, alleging violation of order dated 27.10.2021, Annexure P-1, passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-18734-2020 and connected cases.

Advance copy of the petition has been served upon the respondents. 3.

Mr. Harmanjot Singh Gill, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of the respondents - HSVP. He has instructions from Mr. Sudeep, ADA, EOII, Gurugram, to state that the petitioner has been found to be eligible for allotment of 14 marla plot.

Faced with above statement made by the counsel for the respondents, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition.
