RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) The petitioner has made a complaint dated 23.3.2016 (Annexure P-3) to respondent No. 3-Station House Officer, Police Station, Balachaur, S.B.S. Nagar, that on 22.3.2016, when she was going to her house on a scooter, one person, who has been identified as respondent No. 4, followed and started making bad gesture, uttered filthy and obscene words to her. The petitioner allege that the complaints (Annexures P-2 and P-3) made in this regard have not been investigated by the police. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to look into the complaints (Annexures P-2 and P-3) and decide the same in accordance with law.
