(ORAL) The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order dated 11.03.2025 (Annexure P-16) passed by respondent No.1 vide which he has reviewed his earlier order dated 16.09.2024 (Annexure P-3) passed in revision petition (Annexure P-1), after the said revisional order had already been implemented. 2.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that pursuant to the order dated 02.05.2025 passed by this Court, respondent No.1 has passed the necessary order on 28.05.2025 vide which the order dated 16.09.2024 has been restored. A copy thereof, tendered in course of hearing today, is taken on record and marked as 'X' for reference.

The learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid factual position.
