Through the instant petition, a prayer is made for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.145 dated 08.11.2020, under Sections 22, 61, 85 of the N.D.P.S. Act, read with Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act, and, Sections 148/149 of the IPC (Sections 148/149 of the IPC, and, Section 27 of the Arms Act deleted subsequently, and, Section 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act replaced by Section 22C of the N.D.P.S. Act), registered at P.S. Khem Karan, District Tarn Taran. 2.

After addressing arguments for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to, at this stage, withdraw the instant petition, however, with liberty to re-access this Court, in case there occurs inordinate delay in conclusion of trial.

Consequently, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, with liberty (supra).
