(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.184, dated 21.04.2022, registered under Sections 307, 323, 34, 427, 452, 506 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Sirsa Sadar, District Sirsa, Haryana. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent mistakes in the present petition and prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.

In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
