1. Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment?

3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? AJAY TEWARI, J (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition is for issuing directions to respondent Nos.2 to 4 to get the DNA Test conducted on the petitioner and the girl child from Chandigarh Lab or from somewhere else and not from Madhuban lab.
Learned state counsel has stated that the respondents would have no objection in getting the DNA Test conducted on the petitioner, his wife and the child from CFSL, Sector 36, Chandigarh but a date should be fixed for this purpose.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is not averse to this offer and undertakes that the petitioner will appear in the concerned
CRM-M- 29868 of 2015 (O&M) #2# police station on any date to be fixed.
Let the petitioner, his wife and the child appear in the concerned Police Station on 01.10.2015 at 09.00 AM from where they will be brought to CFSL, Sector 36, Chandigarh and their sample will be drawn and the Test be conducted.
In view of the aforesaid, present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
A copy of this order be given to all the counsel under the signatures of Special Secretary.
