******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.81 dated 01.06.2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Dirba, District Sangrur.

Heard.

Learned State counsel submits that petitioners have joined the investigation. The police after completion of investigation, has already presented the challan and he has no objection if the interim bail allowed to the petitioner is made absolute.
