(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to official respondents No.1 to 4 to take appropriate action against respondent No.5 with a further prayer for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to get the matter investigated from some investigating agency other than police of P.S. City Kotkapura, District Faridkot. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a complaint before Illaqa Magistrate. 3.
