(ORAL) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of impugned order dated 22.08.2022 (Annexure P-3) passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana whereby the petitioner's bail order was cancelled and his bail bonds/surety bonds were ordered to be forfeited to State and he was ordered to be summoned through non-bailable warrants of arrest in FIR No.110 dated 28.06.2021 under Section 21 of Mines and Minerals Regulation Development Act, 1957 registered at PS Ladhuwal, District Ludhiana.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will surrender before the trial Court within a period of one week and will file a petition seeking bail and the same may be considered and decided at the earliest by the trial Court. If the petitioner files any such petition, the trial Court shall make an endeavour to decide the same expeditiously. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
