The prayer in the instant application has been filed by the petitioner for granting permission to place on record copy of compromise dated 02.12.2023 and first motion statement under Section 13-B, Hindu Marriage Act, dated 02.012.2023.

Learned counsel for the respondent is also present in the Court on oral request of counsel for both the parties to take up the matter today itself, the matter is ordered to be taken up on the Board of this Court today itself.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

CRM-M-17743-2023 (O&M) that that since a compromise has been effected between the parties, therefore the petitioner does not want to pursue the present petition any more and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
