CM-14249-CWP-2024 Present application has been filed for withdrawal of the main case i.e. CWP-8356-2020, which is stated to be pending for 04.12.2024. 2.
Notice of the application to the non-applicant/respondents. 3.
On asking of the Court, Mr. Kiran Pal Singh, learned AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that he has no objection to the prayer made in the application. 4.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed as prayed for subject to all just exceptions. Main case is preponed from 04.12.2024; is taken on Board today itself and petitioner is permitted to withdraw the main petition.

CWP-8356-2020 (O&M) -2CWP-8356-2020 Present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of the impugned order dated 25.05.2020 (P-8), vide which respondent No.4 has initiated a regular departmental inquiry against the petitioner; quashing of summary of allegations dated 01.06.2020 (P-9) as well as issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to keep the departmental inquiry in abeyance till the final decision of learned trial Court in case FIR No.28 dated 08.01.2020, registered under Sections 7 & 13 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, at Police Station Shivaji Colony, District Rohtak. 2.
In view of the order of even date (06.09.2024) passed in CM14249-CWP-2024, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.
Ordered accordingly.
