(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners, who have got married against the wishes of their parents.

In compliance of order dated 17.08.2017 passed by this Court, true copy of Aadhaar Card of petitioner No.2 - Vikas Kumar has been produced in Court today and the same is taken on record. In the Aadhaar Card date of birth of petitioner No.2 has been shown as 01.01.1997 whereas according to the affidavit dated 16.08.2017 (Annexure P-2), his date of birth is shown as 01.01.1996.

Since petitioner No.2 has tried to mislead the Court, therefore, the petition is dismissed.
