(Oral) This is a case of petitioner No.1 - Deepu and petitioner No.2 Anil, getting married against wishes of family members of petitioner No.1, arrayed as private respondents No. 4 to 6. It is stated that the petitioners apprehend danger to their lives and liberty at the hands of such private respondents.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to SP Hisar, to look into the grievance of the petitioners and to take necessary measures to ensure that life and liberty of the petitioners is not jeopardized at the hands of respondents No. 4 to 6 or persons claiming under them.

However, this order shall not validate the marriage between the petitioners and shall not have any effect on any civil or criminal action to which the petitioners may be found liable, under the law.
