The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 30.03.2024 (Annexure P-1) whereby he was transferred from Chandigarh to Agra. 2.

Mr. Naren Pratap Singh, Advocate, who on advance notice is present in Court, at the outset, submits that petitioner has filed representation seeking re-consideration of his transfer order. The matter is under consideration, thus, present petition is pre-mature. He assures the Court that till the adjudication of his representation, he would not be relieved. 3.

In the wake of statement of counsel for the respondents, the petition stands disposed of.
