This is a petition under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 (482 Cr.P.C.) for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to complete the investigation in FIR No.3 dated 28.01.2025 under Sections 118, 115(2), 127, 351, 191, 190 BNS and Sections 109 and 304 BNS added later-on (Sections 324, 323, 340, 506, 46, 149 IPC and Section 307 IPC) registered at Police Station Kheri Gandian, District Patiala. 2.

It is submitted by learned State counsel that in this case, challan has been presented.
