By way of present application filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, petitioner is seeking quashing of the impugned order dated 19.02.2025 (Annexure P-5) passed by Ld. JMIC, Ludhiana, in case CHI 129 of 2019 (having CNR No. PBLD030013072019, Date of Filing: 10.01.2019, Filing Number: 1307/2019 & Date of Registration: 11.01.2019), titled as, "State v. Gulshan Sehgal", in FIR No.108, dated 17.05.2017, registered under Sections 323, 341, 427, 506, 34 of IPC, registered at P.S. Division No.6, District Ludhiana.

There is no dispute that the pen drive is already there on record of the trial Court and has been exhibited also, along with required certificate u/s 65-B of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872, petitioner's counsel seeks withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage, to enable him to take required plea at the time of hearing of the final arguments before the trial Court. 3.
