As per the report, the matter was inquired by SHO, Police Station, MDC, Panchkula. During inquiry, Kuldeep Shastri was found present on the spot but he could not give any satisfactory reply about the registration of Shri Balaji Jyotish Mandir. As per the communication received from the office of Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Balaji Jyotish Kender, Mansa Devi is not registered with the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, thus, it is not competent to issue certificates pertaining to the marriages. It has further been stated that since forgery has been committed by showing Shri Balaji Jyotish Kendra Mandir as registered Society, thus, Kalendra under Section 155 Cr.P.C. vide DDE No. 13 dated 21.7.2020, Police Station MDC, Panchkula has been prepared and the same is to be submitted before the Illaqa Magistrate.

Mr. M.S.Rana and Mr. Amit Wadhwa counsel for the petitioners submit that the compromise has been effected between the petitioners and the private respondents and thus, they do not press the

-3present petitions.

All the petitions stand disposed of.
