*** Learned counsel appearing for petitioner Ran Singh states that since petitioner Ran Singh has expired and none of his legal representative has approached him to file an application for permission to pursue the revision petition, therefore, the present criminal revision petition has become infructuous and it be disposed of accordingly. He has placed on record copy of death certificate of Ran Singh along with its English translation reflecting that Ran Singh has expired on 11.3.2008. In that way, the criminal revision gets abated and is disposed of accordingly.
