Prayer in this petition is for quashing of order dated 20.08.2016 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kapurthala in a case arising out of FIR No.26 dated 18.01.2014 under Sections 313/511/323/506/315 IPC, Police Station City Kapurthala.

It is submitted that the aforesaid FIR alongwith consequential proceedings arising therefrom has been quashed by this Court vide order of even date in CRM No.M-49143 of 2017. Therefore, this petition has been rendered infructuous.

Disposed of accordingly.
