(Oral) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing order dated 13.04.2021 passed by respondent No.2, order dated 08.10.2020 and order dated 30.09.2020 passed by State Registrar of Societies, Haryana and District Registrar of Societies, Karnal respectively.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the governing body of respondent No.5 came in power on 26.11.2017. The tenure of the governing body has expired on 26.11.2020. CWP No. 9857 of 2021 -2for induction of new members till 10.08.2020. Petitioner and another filed a petition for settlement of membership dispute under Section 21 read with Rules 11 and 14 and under Sections 39, 52, 54 and 56 of Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012. The ground for challenge was that the elections could not be held without deciding the objections. In view of reply/affidavit filed by District Registrar, the election has already been held on 29.11.2020 and the same has already been approved by District Registrar, Karnal. In view of aforesaid facts, this writ petition is rendered infructuous, however, petitioner would be at liberty to assail the election in accordance with law.
