The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 31.12.2025 whereby he was detained under Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988 (for short '1988 Act') and order dated 16.02.2026 whereby his representation against detention order was rejected by Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana.

Learned State counsel submits that detention order stands revoked vide order dated 20.03.2026 passed by Addl. Chief Secretary, Government of Haryana, thus, petition has rendered infructuous. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute aforesaid statement.
