The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 30.05.2020 (Annexure P-20) whereby contract of the petitioner has been terminated.

The petitioner pursuant to an advertisement of respondents applied for the post of Senior Resident on contract basis. The petitioner came to be appointed for a period of 03 years on contract basis. The respondents vide impugned order dated 30.05.2020 has terminated contract executed between the parties and removed the petitioner from service. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his grievance would be redressed, if adverse observations made in the impugned order are expunged and petitioner is paid one month's salary because he had worked upto 30.05.2020 and he has not been paid one month's salary in lieu of ANJU GOEL 2023.09.22 16:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the respondents does not oppose the said prayer.

In the wake of statement of learned counsels for the parties, the petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents to pay the petitioner one month's salary. Adverse observations made in the impugned order would not come in the way of the petitioner while seeking job in any organisation including respondent, however, it is made clear that observation of this Court would not entitle the petitioner to lodge claim with the respondents with respect to his left over period.
