(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No.822 dated 05.07.2018 registered under Sections 406, 420 IPC (Sections 467, 468 and 471 IPC added later on) at Police Station City Jagadhri, District Yamuna Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record order dated 05.10.2018 passed by this Court in CRM-M-32110 of 2018, vide which the impugned FIR has been quashed and prays for withdrawal of this petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
