(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.145 dated 09.06.2017 under Sections 379/448/436/427/511/354-B/323/325/149 IPC (Sections 436 & 325 of IPC added lateron), registered at Police Station Sadar Ferozepur, District Ferozepur.
This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 02.08.2017 :- "At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition qua Kartar Singh alias Titu - petitioner No.1.
Notice of motion qua petitioner Nos. 2 to 4 for 17.11.2017.

Meanwhile, in the event of arrest, the petitioner Nos. 2 to 4 be released on interim bail subject to their furnishing personal bonds and surety to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner Nos. 2 to 4 have joined the investigation and they are not required for investigation any further.
Learned counsel for the respondent-State confirms the aforesaid fact.
Since the petitioner Nos. 2 to 4 have joined the investigation, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 18.08.2017 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioners will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation; will not leave India without permission of the Court and will comply with the conditions contained in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
