The matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court to explore the possibility of compromise. A report has been received by the Mediator that the parties to the lis have since entered into a compromise and that the compromise has been reduced into writing on 09.03.2023. The compromise is signed by all the parties concerned. As per the compromise, the appellants herein have agreed to return the amount of Rs.4 crores to the respondents herein as full and final settlement. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the entire amount stands duly paid.

In view of the above, the decree passed by Courts below is modified and the present appeal is disposed of in terms of the TRIPTI SAINI 2023.05.16 10:10 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
