(Oral) CM-4027-C-2019 and CM-8899-C-2022 These applications are for early hearing and disposal and of the main appeal being RSA-1305-1998, which is on regular Board at Sr. No.901, on the basis of compromise between the parties. For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed and the main appeal being RSA-1305-1998 is taken on Board today itself for hearing.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the present appeal may be disposed off in terms of compromise, which is taken on record and marked as 'Ex.C-1'.

In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise dated 20.01.2023 Ex.C-1. The compromise dated 20.01.2023 Ex.C-1 be made part of the decree-sheet. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
