Mr. Kirat Singh Sidhu, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab. *** Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Balbir Singh from Police Station Sadar Fazilka states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and furnished an affidavit that he does not hold any Passport and no recovery is to be effected from him. In that way he is not required by the police for further investigation.
Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 18.8.2017 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
The petition stands allowed accordingly.
