The instant petition under Section 482 of the BNSS (erstwhile Section 438 Cr.P.C.) has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.26 dated 07.02.2026, under Sections 204, 308(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2) BNS (erstwhile Sections 170, 384, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC) registered at Police Station Quilla Panipat, District Panipat.

This Court vide order dated 17.03.2026, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 17.03.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.
