NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel prays that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to withdraw the present petition and to approach learned Area Judicial Magistrate for redressal of her grievance in accordance with law and to make the prayer for re-conciliation of the matter before issuing the process.

In view of above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that if complaint is filed by the petitioner, then before taking cognizance learned Area Judicial Magistrate would summon the private parties for re-conciliation. Learned Magistrate would also take into consideration the fact that the dispute is between mother and the son.
