After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 26.04.2024, which needs to be challenged to support the prayer made in the present petition, has been passed by the authority concerned after the filing of the present petition, hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action with better particulars and by challenging the order dated 26.04.2024. 2.
