The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS/482 of Cr.P.C for issuance of directions to official respondents No.2 and 3 to conduct a fair and impartial investigation into the complaint dated 14.05.2025/18.07.2025 submitted by the petitioner against private respondent Nos. 4 to 8.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has submitted representation dated 14.05.2025 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.3, however, no action has been taken thereon till date.
