Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 182 dated 24.09.2017, registered under Section(s) 21 & 29 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") at Police Station Kartarpur, District Jalandhar Rural, Jalandhar.
Learned counsel for the respondent/State has filed reply by way of affidavit of Digvijay Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Kartarpur, Jalandhar, today in the Court itself. The same is taken on record. Learned counsel for the respondent, on the basis of reply, contended that there is one more case lodged against the petitioner bearing FIR No. 216 dated 16.11.2014, registered under Sections 15, 18, 21 & 22 of the Act and DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2019.01.17 16:14 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
