***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant submits that earlier compromise was reached between the parties and the copy of the compromise had been placed on record as Annexure P-1. As per the same, an amount of Rs.15,00,000/-, had already been received by Navjot Kaur, respondent No.1. Even, as per clause 4 of the said compromise, the divorce petition has been filed by respondent No.1 and she may be at liberty to seek ex parte divorce. However, as per clause 5 of the compromise, land measuring two acres, has yet not been transferred in the name of Lovenoor Singh by Daljit Singh i.e. the present applicant, who is the grandfather of the said child.
Learned counsel for the petitioner now gives an underatking that the applicant shall transfer two acres of land in the name of Lovenoor Singh, who is the grand-son of the present applicant, Daljit singh, within a period of one month, from today onwards.

Learned counsel for the respondents gives an undertaking that if the compliance of clause 5 of the compromise deed is made, respondent No.1, Navjot Kaur, shall withdraw the petition, filed under the Guardians and Wards Act.
In view of the undertaking, so given, by learned counsel for the respondents, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the instant transfer application and seeks permission of the court, to withdraw the same, while giving his undertaking to comply with his statement, as stated aforesaid.
Ordered accordingly.
