RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Sagar in case FIR No.176 dated 20.06.2017 under Sections 147, 149, 323, 506, 452, 448 and 511 IPC registered at Police Station Bhondsi.

On instructions from H.C. Ram Kumar, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 18.08.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
