Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.97 dated 16.05.2015 under Sections 419, 420, 120-B, 465, 468 and 471 IPC, registered at Police Station City Zira, District Ferozepur.

Mr.Gaurav Garg Dhuriwala, Sr.DAG, Punjab, has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-State and contested the petition. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel and have gone through the record. From the record, I find that the petitioner is a lady. She has been in custody since 03.07.2017. She is not required for any investigation or interrogation purposes as she is in judicial custody.
