HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members from the hands of respondents No.5 to 9 with a further prayer to comply with provisions of Section 160 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before calling the petitioner to police station and also to decide his representation dated 04.04.2023 (Annexure P-2). After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail other remedy(ies) as available to the petitioner in accordance with law.
