This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.0272 dated 21.10.2016 registered under Sections 120-B, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 506 IPC at Police Station Mahesh Nagar, District Ambala and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to take up all pleas at the appropriate stage, in accordance with law and also to challenge the order whereby non-bailable warrants have been issued against them by the trial Court.
